Discover how to work with artist wires to create decorative embellishments and surrounds for cabochons that can be incorporated into jewellery.  Discover a variety of techniques, and learn about different gauges, colours, and types of wire that can be used to provide effects in wire wrapped works.

Pre-made cabochons will be provided for use in this session but please bring your own if you have an item you are interested in wire wrapping.

Participants will have the opportunity to work with jewellery making tools and a variety of beads and wires and the basic techniques taught can be easily expanded upon after the session. Participants who have their own tools are welcome to bring them to use in class.

This class is run in Studio 4, Kyneton Craftery. We learnt a lot in the allotted time, with The Team happy to run well over time to ensure all questions were answered and every single project was completed. Will be signing up to all craft lessons here as I doubt anyone else could possibly come close to the professionalism and expertise of the Team at The Old Auction House. I had a ball ladies, you rock!
